Our area of expertise is the conversion of photographs into ‘works of art’ (known as photo-painting or photo art).  We can print your photo on canvas or, if you prefer something more formal, we will produce a framed print.

We offer you a design process for your artwork that is customised to your taste and requirements.  As you read on below you will see that this is not just a simple photo-to-canvas product that you can buy anywhere on the High Street. On the contrary, each piece of artwork is unique and you will not find a duplicate anywhere!

enlarge and print your photos or convert your photos into unique and creative artwork using special digital or artistic effects before printing.

Once you have selected your image, you can then choose the size, and whether to have it printed and stretched onto a canvas, or printed and framed using fine art paper.

By combining your taste and our expertise, we will create the perfect picture together!

Change Of Image is committed to offering you a piece of unique and creative artwork that you will be proud to display or give as a special gift.

Each piece of artwork will either be fully customised (by us together!) or will be a limited edition print from our gallery.

Each photo-painting will be printed with pigment ink on gallery-quality canvas or paper and will be covered with a protective coating to give it a no-fade life expectancy of more than 70 years - see FAQ section for more information.

You will get a high-quality product at a reasonable price, with paintings ranging from £50-150 depending on size, special effects and framing.  The delivery charge by courier is at cost, which for the UK Mainland is £11.

All photo paintings are created and produced by Phil Stephenson, a qualified psychologist and retired human resources practitioner.

Phil, who has spent 30 years living in Asia, Africa and the Middle East, is a self-taught artist, and accomplished fine art photographer.  He is a trained picture framer, a member of both the Fine Art Trade Guild and the Society for All Artists, and is currently completing a Diploma in Art and Design.
